THE CHALLENGE THAT LED ME HERE:
My professional trajectory has been highly lucrative, but it wasn't without market volatility. I have generated substantial wealth and I have experienced massive financial losses; quite frankly, I have personally tested every failure mechanism in business. Those hard-won lessons initiated a 25-year commitment to personal development, which later became the foundation for my career coaching international CEOs to mitigate risk.
However, a major systemic shock occurred in October 2024. Undergoing open-heart surgery forced an immediate reassessment of how I had been expending my energy for 45 years. I chose retirement, assuming that halting the momentum was the final answer.
The flaw in that strategy became apparent immediately: total inactivity is highly unfulfilling for an operator. Confronted with a calendar full of empty Saturdays and zero professional leverage, I quickly exhausted my list of domestic projects. I knew I needed a new intellectual asset to manage, so I entered the market looking for a modern vehicle. Within weeks, this asset materialized.

Throughout my consulting career, I have analyzed hundreds of business structures.
